Our Promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Joetoedman@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

All products are returnable submit an email to Joetoedman@gmail.com to submit a return request and our Glorious Gadget's support team will get back to you within that same day!
