Processing Time

   Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping Time

   Most orders ship from our supplier network and arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Some items may ship in separate packages if your order contains multiple products, and each will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Costs

   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Orders over $100 ship free.

Tracking

   Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Delays
